Ezra Doner specializes in the production, finance and distribution of motion pictures and other entertainment programs and products, as well as copyright and literary property.  He also practices in the Internet and new media areas and as a general business lawyer.
Ezra has more than 20 years’ experience representing producers, distributors, financiers and exhibitors of filmed entertainment; rights holders; film makers, writers and other artists; and companies and entrepreneurs in the Internet, new media, music, advertising, consulting, and information industries.
Ezra’s client work includes complex rights transactions, library transactions including motion picture remakes, co-production and distribution arrangements, purchase of entertainment assets in bankruptcies, high level talent and film maker agreements, and innovative film finance including bank representation in work-outs.
